12-month warranty

We take the greatest of care to make sure that your gorgeous made-to-measure blinds, curtains and shutters look and fit exactly as they should. We want you to be completely satisfied with your window treatments so we offer a full 12 month warranty which starts the moment your products are fitted. 

We offer a 10-year warranty on all shutters.

Our promise to you, is that you’re investing in a quality product that’s made to the highest specifications. As part of your warranty we promise to repair or replace any faulty goods free of charge.

Can I return custom made blinds, curtains or shutters?

No - all our products are made to measure and will fit only your windows perfectly. For this reason we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty.

Blinds that are Safe for Children

All FERN products conform to European safety standard (BS EN 13120).

If you buy a Roller, Venetian, Wooden, Roman or Pleated blind with cords, our fitter will also install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose strings. Cleats are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the ground, whilst hooks at fitted to ensure the chain is sits taught - this positioning will vary depending on blind and window size.

Having a safety device is now a legal requirement even in homes without children, as little ones may visit you from time-to-time.

Keep all cords and chains out of the reach of children using the safety hooks and cleats which have been fitted for you by our fitters.
